I hope you all had a rejuvenating weekend. We are already in the middle of February eh! Spring will soon be here now. I was just counting the weeks, and saw that I have 3 full weeks teaching normally before I go on a short tour with the Tango Passions Show, so please do try to come to classes in February, and the first week of March then a short break from March 6th.

This class will mobilise your joints, stretch your muscles, align your posture and strengthen your core muscles as well as fill your mind with positive, calm vibes! 💕❄️🙏🏽✌️🥰
Expect a Contemporary style warm up and deep fluid stretches, some abs and back toners and a meditative relaxation to finish and lift your spirits.
