Hello everyone,
I hope this finds you having a wonderful
long weekend. Next week is week 10 of Zoom classes, I want to thank you
massively for attending my classes, some of you for the full 10 weeks, it warms
my heart so much to see you all. I have just extended the classes to
continue for another 10 weeks for the time being and I will of course up-date
you if anything changes. Please register if you do want to join any of the
classes.
Monday’s session will continue as normal
this bank holiday.
So we are now on week 10 of Zoom classes, if you have not yet joined
a session do feel you can join any class you fancy, you are welcome to drop in.
Commencing Monday 25th May 2020.
If you haven’t yet joined a class and you
would like to, you just need to download the Zoom app, it is free, and come and
join us. Luckily now we don’t need a password, just register on the codes
below and please let me know what you have booked and paid for, so
I can keep a register for each class. (it seems Bank transfer for
payments is the most convenient option). Don’t forget to note down the
meeting ID!

This class will mobilise your joints ,
stretch your muscles, align your posture and fill your mind with positive, calm
vibes!
Expect a Contemporary style warm up and deep
fluid stretches with a meditative relaxation to finish, to lift your spirits.

FITNESS CLASSES
Want to keep fit, learn some Ballet moves or
just stretch and relax - I am inviting you all to join me for these fitness
classes too-
Requirements-
You will need two chairs or a window sill to
use as a barre for each side so you can keep you eye on the screen -weights or
water bottles or as a light weight option cans of beans!

10.40am -11.40am Body Sculpt- join at 10.30am This
class includes 25 mins of cardio dancersize, followed by full body toning and a
stretch to finish!
Requirements
- trainers for 25 minutes dancey aerobics
-Weights and a mat and water!! If you have an elastic resistance band bring
that too!
£4.00 Or do both Friday Stretch and Body

Just get the Zoom app for free on your pc, laptop or phone and click on the
link and I will see you all for the class of your choice!
To join any class you will need to book so
we have a registration of the people attending. Places are limited in each
class.
I will also need you to keep your
camera on and pointing at your full body so I can correct you and help
you if need be, I will need you to be on mute, so everyone can hear the
instructions. Please be off mute for the greeting at the very beginning of
classes. You will need to be muted once the class begins.
For Tango we will open for question
time.
Please let me know any injuries or
conditions you have. Take good care of yourselves and do what feels good for
you individually, use alternatives when necessary. I will have my beady eye on
you 😉 . Please make sure your space is clear
and safe.

classes for you all, your feed-back is vital for this, so please let me know
