Week 24 Zoom Classes! Commencing 31st August 2020 – happy Bank holiday weekend!
Hi there!
Great to see you all this week, well done with your wonderful dancing, toning and stretching! I am always so inspired by you all and forever grateful that you come to my classes, thank you!
Next week commences with Bank holiday Monday. In the evening the Tango session will take place as normal at 7.30pm but the morning Stretch/Flow Class will be moved to Tuesday at 11am instead as so many of you said you would be away for the day on Monday. PoPuP Monday Tango embellishment class will be back on Monday 7th September. All the other classes will be on as normal next week including the PoPuP Body Conditioning and energiser class on Tuesday at 5.35pm – 6.05pm.
Please check the timetable below for the two changes to next week, all you need to do is register for the class/es of your choice and enjoy, you are welcome to drop in to any class; you just need to download the Zoom app, it is free, and come and join us. Luckily now we don’t need a password, just register on the codes below and please let me know what you have booked and paid for, so I can keep a register for each class. (Bank transfer for payments is the most convenient option). Don’t forget to note down the meeting ID! If you are seeing this on Facebook do please drop me your email so I can keep you updated.

Expect a Contemporary style warm up and deep fluid stretches with a meditative relaxation to finish, to lift your spirits.

You will need two chairs or a window sill to use as a barre for each side so you can keep you eye on the screen -weights or water bottles or as a light weight option cans of beans!

10.40am -11.40am Body Sculpt- join at 10.30amThis class includes 20 mins of cardio dancersize, followed by full body toning and a stretch to finish!
Requirements
- trainers for 25 minutes dancey aerobics -Weights and a mat and water!! If you have an elastic resistance band bring that too!

To join any class you will need to book so we have a registration of the people attending. Places are limited in each class.
I will also need you to keep your camera on and pointing at your full body so I can correct you and help you if need be, I will need you to be on mute, so everyone can hear the instructions. Please be off mute for the greeting at the very beginning of classes. You will need to be muted once the class begins.
For Tango we will open for question time.
Please let me know any injuries or conditions you have. Take good care of yourselves and do what feels good for you individually, use alternatives when necessary. I will have my beady eye on you π . Please make sure your space is clear and safe.
