Zoom Classes with Alexandra. From 27th July Come and join me! oxo


Hello everyone,

After a lovely holiday πŸ„‍♀️I am refreshed and ready to begin all the Zoom classes again this coming week, Zoom week 19 here we go! I hope you are all very well and that you had a great week.

So from tomorrow all is back to normal (or shall I say the new normal) from Monday July 27th.
So looking forward to seeing you all next week Zoom week  19
So all  you need to do is register for the class/es of your choice and enjoy, you are welcome to drop into any class anytime.
If you haven’t yet joined a class and you would like to, you just need to download the Zoom app, it is free, and come and join us. Luckily now we don’t need a password, just register on the codes below and please let me know what you have booked and paid for, so I can keep a register for each class.  (Bank transfer for payments is the most convenient option).  Don’t forget to note down the meeting ID!  If you are seeing this on Facebook do please drop me your email so I can keep you updated.

Here is a list of classes that will happen this coming week – commencing Monday.
11am-12pm Monday’s
 This class is the perfect starter to the week!
This class will mobilise your joints , stretch your muscles, align your posture and fill your mind with positive, calm vibes!
Expect a Contemporary style warm up and deep fluid stretches with a meditative relaxation to finish, to lift your spirits.

ARGENTINE TANGO CLASSES (For individuals or couples)
with Guillermo and me on Monday’s and Tuesdays at 7.30pm – 8.30pm.

Wednesday ‘Followers’ lunchtime Tango technique Session 1.30-2.30pm with Alexandra.
This session will involve working on technique fundamentals and beautiful embellishments.
Requirements – Tango shoes, (WE START IN FLATS)  and a chair or mop or brush!!

Want to keep fit, learn some Ballet moves or just stretch and relax - I am inviting you all to join me for these fitness classes too-

Thursday 2pm -3pm Ballet-tone
You will need two chairs or a window sill to use as a barre for each side so you can keep you eye on the screen -weights or water bottles or as a light weight option cans of beans!
-Socks or ballet shoes.

Friday Fitness morning
9.30am-10.25am Pure Stretch and relaxation.
Requirements -A Matt, -a band, belt or scarf.

10.40am -11.40am Body Sculpt- join at 10.30am This class includes 20 mins of cardio dancersize, followed by full body toning and a stretch to finish!
- trainers for 25 minutes dancey aerobics -Weights and a mat and water!! If you have an elastic resistance band bring that too!
£4.00 Or do both Friday Stretch and Body Sculpt for £6.50.

To pay for classes, please pay by bank transfer For more info -  Just get the Zoom app for free on your pc, laptop or phone and click on the link and I will see you all for the class of your choice!

To join any class you will need to book so we have a registration of the people attending. Places are limited in each class.
I will also need you to keep your camera on and pointing at your full body so I can correct you and help you if need be, I will need you to be on mute, so everyone can hear the instructions. Please be off mute for the greeting at the very beginning of classes. You will need to be muted once the class begins.
For Tango we will open for question time.
Please let me know any injuries or conditions you have. Take good care of yourselves and do what feels good for you individually, use alternatives when necessary. I will have my beady eye on you πŸ˜‰ . Please make sure your space is clear and safe.
