It was so good to see so many of you on Tuesday for our Christmas ☕️coffee in Beam! I always forget to get photos! Thank you for being there, it really was lovely!
So classes continue through December ✨. We will do another two Tango Embellishments before Christmas tomorrow and 9th December at 5.30pm link below. Tuesday Tango will have the last class on 17th December.
All other classes will run normally until 20th December.
Those of you who do 10.30am on Monday Yoga Sculpt, from the 9th December the class will be at 10am? Tomorrow as normal. 🧘♀️

This class is the perfect starter to the week!

This class will mobilise your joints, tone your whole body and stretch your muscles, align your posture and strengthen your core muscles as well as fill your mind with positive, calm vibes! 💕❄️🙏🏽✌️🥰
Expect a Contemporary style warm up and deep fluid stretches, some abs and back toners, legs and arms with light weights! and a meditative relaxation to finish and lift your spirits.
