Alexandra Wood - Tango: February 2020

I hope you are all well.

Just to give you some details of up-coming events and to remind you of our weekly classes -

Our classes are running in London weekly, on Every Monday and Tuesday and some Wednesdays in Reading until Easter time.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Monday Intermediate Tango class will be at 7.45-9.15pm inc 15 minute Practica. Drop in throughout July and the beginning of August last class and Summer celebrations 12th August with Guillermo Torrens and Alexandra Wood at :-

The parish church, Our Lady’s, is at 54 Lodge Road, NW8 8LA -

12 mins walk from St John’s Wood tube station.

Entrance to the right of the church downstairs.

Please note that 17th February will be a Technique based class with Alexandra for people working in partners, please organise to come with a partner.

Tuesday general level Tango Class 7.45-9pm at The North London YMCA , 184 Tottenham Lane, entrance on Elmfield Ave. Crouch End, London N8 8SG.

Wednesdays - We will be teaching in Reading Tango Group st Luke’s Church, Erleigh Rd. Reading on Wednesdays again from 11 March.

Winter-Spring Tango dates -

Saturday 14th March - London Workshops.

We love seeing you for these intense days of workshops with Guillermo and Alexandra - We design them after hearing your feed back about what you think and we think we need to offer you. So hear are our topics.

Please book in advance and with a partner, if you need help finding a partner do let us know.

3 workshops -

12.30pm - 1.45pm Tango - Tango Lab. Working in couples - 'Going with the flow' on posture, alignment, counter rotation in order to create a deeper connection and agility when changing the dynamics.

1.50pm - 2.50pm Milonga Traspie

2.55pm - 4pm - Tango Vals - Increasing the cadencia and feel of the Vals!
